Team Culture

Every client and every project is assigned a BTS project team. The entire team is integrated right from the start at the first mobilisation meeting. Throughout the project they are wholly dedicated to the client.

This reflects the very strong team culture at BTS – something we foster as an integral part of our policy. We understand that effective communications are vital in our business and must be established at the earliest stage in any project. It is here that our policy of listening and understanding is so important and pays dividends as the project progresses.

Our Project Manager is the focal point for the client providing complete account management. Highly qualified technically, they plan the project, manage objectives, coordinate with consultants and monitor quality. They are always available to the client. In addition, every BTS project has a company director assigned to take ultimate responsibility. We believe in commitment from the top.
